Goel Ganga Group, a prominent real estate player, sponsored one of the largest fashion events in Pune. The challenge was to capture every facet of this high-profile fashion extravaganza, featuring celebrities like Esha Gupta, Malaika Arora, Jim Sarbh, and Rhea Chakraborty, alongside renowned fashion designers Nivedita Saboo and Vikram Phadnis. The additional goal was to seamlessly integrate their upcoming project, the Boat Club, into the narrative.

The Execution

The challenge encompassed not only capturing the glamour and grandeur of a major fashion event but also ensuring that Goel Ganga Group's branding was prominent throughout. The goal was to deliver five videos daily before the event concluded, featuring celebrities, fashion designers, and a special spotlight on their Boat Club project. The complexity of the project demanded the coordination of 8 videographers and 4 editors.

Strategic Approach:
